The recruiting and hiring systems of many organisations have laid dormant for the better part of 2009 into 2010 as we rode the GFC. Some companies were forced to reduce or even eliminate their recruiting of staff. While some economists have declared the recession over many of us are still very sceptical . Nonetheless , at Kane Consulting we are seeing signs that a return to hiring as more and more companies seek our help priming their hiring systems for recovery. Whether you are hiring for one or two positions that have been vacated , or finally moving forward with a long-postponed expansion, the stakes are high to get the right person on board.
