The team at Aspire consists of:

Susan Milicevic - Principal

Susan grew up in Mareeba on a tobacco, mango and avocado farm. She attained her Bachelor of Business (with Distinction) at Central Queensland University and worked as an accountant in Cairns before moving to Brisbane in 2005. Susan became a Chartered Accountant in 2002 and started Aspire Consulting in March 2009. She was motivated by her passion for her work, and the belief that her ideas would be well-received by clients. Susan now lives in Brisbane with her husband Milan, son Joni and new baby girl Evie, born in October 2011.

Nina Saranah – Senior Accountant

Nina has over five years’ experience in the Accounting field. She earned her Bachelor of Commerce at James Cook University in Cairns in 2004. Currently acting as one of our Senior Accountants, she manages many of our biggest clients. Nina has completed her Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) qualification and specialises in tax compliance services. Originally from Cairns, Nina now resides in the Brisbane area with her husband. She loves travelling around Queensland and beyond whenever she gets the chance.

Audrey Foley – Senior Accountant

Audrey joined the Aspire team in October 2010. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant with substanial experience in both public practice and commercial small business. Originally from Northern New South Wales, Audrey worked in public practice gaining considerable experience in taxation, auditing and other business services. She has travelled extensively overseas for both work and lesiure. She now splits her professional time between the financial planning and accounting industries. Audrey resides in the Brisbane area with her husband and two young children.    

Naomi McDonald – Business Manager

Naomi has recently returned from maternity leave and is happy to be back in the office at Aspire. Naomi is originally from California but has lived in Brisbane for nearly 10 years. Her professional background is in business development and customer service in the scientific industry, but she is loving learning more about accounting - and how to pay less tax! Naomi and her husband Fraser have two daughters ages 1 and 3.

Mandy Kato - Office Manager

Mandy joined the Aspire team in October 2010 as our Office Manager and brings with her over 25 years of Administration and Managerial experience.   Mandy was born in Yorkshire, England and immigrated to Australia as a young child with her parents.  Having spent some time in Tasmania and on the Sunshine Coast Mandy now lives in Brisbane with her husband and two young children and enjoys kayaking, camping, hanging out at the beach and photography.
